The FIS technology brings an order to the restaurant as though the call center operator were located in the restaurant itself!

All orders are processed through the RMS, and the RMS reports reflect that. No need to assemble reports from multiple systems to find out how the day went.

Automatic Updates
Updates made from the restaurant to the menu, properties, discounts, gift certificates, customers and more are instantly available in the call center as well.

Easy Script Updates
