Order Processing
Orders placed through Internet resources, such as the call center or Internet Ordering with the FIS, are routed in the exact same manner as done by the RMS.

Reporting
The RMS reports account for FIS activity along with RMS activity, giving you a complete view on how all your customer touchpoints are performing.

Automatic Updates
Any updates made in the RMS are automatically sent to the relevant Internet resources. Rest easy in knowing the kitchen printer change or price change you made is correctly set in the call center or on your website.
