only to FoodTronix customers. Our goal is to enhance the FoodTronix customer experience,
provide preventative maintenance, and retain the long-term relationship. We clearly understand
two simple principles:

We realize your hardware is exposed to the harsh restaurant environment, and over time will
require replacement. We offer our customers, at no additional charge, a significant discount
to replace all their POS hardware after three years of use. It does not benefit you or our support
team to allow components of your POS to slowly fail and interrupt operations or lose data.
When our customers need our service, they get it. FoodTronix customers are given a special number to
our priority service line, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We understand restaurants
don't operate only between 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
Our products and services are constantly growing based on our experiences, plan and customer comments.
Customers who participate in our on-going development are eligible to participate in beta tests and
receive complimentary upgrades. We value customer comments greatly!
